Amazon Digital Services LLCI was a bit hesitant to watch this as I loved the original so much, but I knew they did an EXCELLENT job with the Live Action Cinderella and the Live . Something I liked about the film is that they really placed it in France and looked at what that world would look like in the 1. Century. No more violence, and truly much less, than you would see in an Avengers Movie (a series I also love and know many children watch). If you are a parent, just go ahead and watch it before your child and THEN decide for yourselves. I truly believe the only negative, and the reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that the film is not quite at the caliber of the original, but it IS lovely in it's own way.
