That was really a brilliant idea if we see as a management factor. To apply this properly they came with the Provisional Admit card. The candidates were curious about the provisional but they had no idea what the heck is provisional Admit card. They though they will get their Roll numbers and exam dates by downloading the provisional card. But the reality was something else.
